We would expect you to honour all conditions of the agreement. You are responsible to make the payments on time.  Failing to do this would render you in default and we would reserve the right to immediately start legal proceedings to protect our interest in the property.  You would most likely lose all interest in the property as well as immediately forfeit your initial option deposit and all accumulated credits to date. We would also be entitled to recover any legal fees that we may incur. Please don't let this scare you, as this would be the case in any agreement that you cannot honour. We want you fully aware of all obligations under this agreement. We must fulfill our obligations the same as you must fulfill yours. Please understand the contract before you sign.
